Clean and Jerk (10 Rounds 5 Power Cleans + 5 Jerks)
Our strength component today is slightly different. 10 rounds to complete 5 power cleans + 5 push jerks. We are looking to complete all power clean then moving onto the push
jerks. All reps should be unbroken. There is no prescribed weight.The weight may change throughout the 10 rounds.

The intensity of the burpees will decrease, in which case you should look to start at a slower pace and look
to maintain this throughout.
