Perpetual Fitness offers a unique blend of training that is designed for serious athletes. The comprehensive program combines regimens that enhance speed, strength and agility designed to prevent injury. With the training, participants will learn proper movement mechanics and mobility techniques to increase range of motion. Through a customized approach, participants will be trained to increase their 1-rep maxiumum weight in all major lifts. By focusing on Olympic category weightraining (i.e. snatch; clean & jerk), participants will be coached to lift large loads as fast as possible to enhance explosiveness.

This program is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program designed for participants in sports requiring speed and strength.
