I don’t necessarily believe the Mindfulness Workshop is a cure-all for any of life problems. In fact, it’s absolutely not. To me it’s an opportunity to become better, which is all any of us are really after anyway. It’s why we workout…it’s why we eat healthy…it’s why we work hard in our jobs….it’s why we invest into our relationships…
All success in life requires us to learn, adapt, and grow. It’s never about the actual accomplishment, it’s about who we become in the process of achieving said accomplishment. The higher we reach, the more that is demanded from us.
As I’ve said, the gym is here to support you in life outside of these 4 walls. Learning = progress and progress = happiness. Anything that isn’t growing, is dying.
Whether you have your sights set on a new job, expanding your business, deepening your connection with a spouse or loved one, taking your health and fitness to the next level, or simply desire to understand and accept yourself more, you’re going to need tools to get there.
That is the purpose of this workshop…it’s not THE answer to anything, but rather tools and concepts that can be applied universally to help get you one step closer to what you’re after. Over time, small steps yield massive changes.
