Our workout today will have you moving a little different! We will be doing wall climbs with descending reps coupled with moderately heavy hang power cleans. Look to break up the cleans into manageable sets (think 7-10 reps on the first set). As for the wall walks, a good goal would be to rest well under 20 seconds between reps. Let’s get it!
