Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Teams of 4:

30:00 AMRAP (6 minutes at each station)

1. Pull-ups

2. Run as group

3. Air Squats

4. Run as group

5. Push-ups

*2 Athletes work; 2 Athletes complete AMRAP partner MB Toss Sit-ups (Doesn’t have to be far but try to get some distance on these)

*Alternate as necessary
