In my experience, far too many have this silly belief that all the stars in the galaxy need to be aligned for them to workout. You know the folks I’m talking about: they need to ‘feel like it’ and/or the workout needs to be something they “like” and/or they didn’t sleep too long but also not too little, etc. Let me tell you….that is a guaranteed-to-lose mentality.
Anyone serious about their health will tell you there are AT LEAST one or two days a week they don’t ‘feel like’ working out. But they don’t get in their feelings, because they quickly remind themselves of two things:
1. The rewards of sticking to their commitment far outweigh the ramifications of skipping out
2. Once they get going, it’s guaranteed they will walk out feeling accomplished, energized, and more confident in themselves for just showing up.
This is a winner’s mindset, and we want to reward this behavior! Beginning January 1st, athletes will be rewarded for their attendance with our new Committed Club.
HOW DOES COMMITTED CLUB WORK?
>>Attend a minimum of 15 classes in a calendar month and record your results in Wodify
>>Your name will be automatically added to a raffle and posted on our website for all to see!
>>We will randomly select 2 winners each month.
