Bootcamp

A lighter version of many of our other services, Bootcamp doesn’t include heavy lifting or weights. With a focus on cardio, Perpetual Fitness Bootcamp is a 45-60 minute, high-intesntiy interval training workout. Athletes taking part in this fat busting class will perform lightweight and/or bodyweight exercises in higher volumes at an impressive intensity!

**NOTE: this class is not just for people who are already really fit--EVERYTHING we do can be scaled and/or modified to meet your individual fitness level. BEGINNERS WELCOME!**

90% of Bootcamp workouts are completely unique, so you will never get bored but will always be getting more fit. We have hundreds of movements to choose from, but some of our favorite exercises include:
