*The goal for these is to develop range of motion in your shoulders. You may need to modify these. If you need to modify you can:
A) slide plates under your heels to prop you up.
B) Sit on a low box and do the presses.

Clean (Clean + Hang Clean + Front Squat)
2×1 @ 75%
2×1 @ 80%
3×1 @ 85-88%
*You can set the bar down and reset going into the hang clean if you need to adjust.
*If the top sets are too heavy finish your sets at 80%
Back Squat (7 Working Sets:)
1×3 @ 73%
1×3 @ 78%
5×3 @ 83-88%
