Without a compelling enough reason to accomplish our goals, excuses/circumstances will eventually win over will-power. Anything worth accomplishing is going to be inherently difficult. Thus, we need to be on fire about why we want it! When we know WHY we want something, it doesnโt matter what comes up.

When we know WHY, we have the fuel to do whatever is necessary to arrive at whatever it is weโre striving for. When it comes to your fitness, what is your WHY for this week? Who needs you to be your best? Your family? Your coworkers? Your spouse? Your friends?
