What is Your Why?

Without a compelling enough reason to accomplish our goals, excuses/circumstances will eventually win over will-power. Anything worth accomplishing is going to be inherently difficult. Thus, we need to be on fire about why we want it! When we know WHY we want something, it doesnโ€™t matter what comes up.

Think about anything cool youโ€™ve done, it took unwavering resilience, didnโ€™t it?

When we know WHY, we have the fuel to do whatever is necessary to arrive at whatever it is weโ€™re striving for. When it comes to your fitness, what is your WHY for this week? Who needs you to be your best? Your family? Your coworkers? Your spouse? Your friends?
