Like last week, you may choose to do 20.5 or Workout B! Whichever you prefer! Let’s have some fun and get better with this last Open workout!

Crossfit Games Open 20.5 (Ages 16-54) (Time)

For time, partitioned any way:

40 muscle-ups

80-cal. row

120 wall-ball shots, 20/14 lb ball to 10 /9 ft.

Time cap: 20 min.
OPTION 2.

Women: chin-over-bar pull-ups, 10-lb. ball to 9 ft.

Men: chin-over-bar pull-ups, 14-lb. ball to 10 ft.

MASTERS RX

Women: chest-to-bar pull-ups, 10-lb. ball to 9 ft. Men: chest-to-bar pull-ups, 20-lb. ball to 9 ft

OPTION 3.

Women: jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups, 10-lb. ball to 8 ft.

Men: jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups, 14-lb. ball to 8 ft.
