100 Floor Presses (95/65 | 75/55 | 65/45)

100 Power Snatches (65/45 | 55/40 | 45/35)

43 Pull-Ups | Banded | Jumping

Over the course of the workout, performance athletes must complete 220 Double Unders, 110 Single-Double Unders, or 80 Attempts

FITNESS:

10 Ring Rows | Lat Pull-Downs | DB Bent Over Rows

Over the course of the workout, health athletes must complete a 220m Bike, 110m Row, or 80 Mountain Climbers
220 = total floors in both of the twin towers

110 = total floors in one of the twin towers

80 = the floor where the plane hit
