Perpetual Fitness – CrossFit

We won’t have a traditional class structure for Murph, FYI! Doors will be open a bit before 9 tomorrow and then we will go in 3-5 heats every 20-minutes, beginning with the first one at 9:20. There will be a warm-up on the board. Looking forward to seeing you all!

**Only one partner works at a time. If one partner returns from run first, they can begin reps. If performing a 5-10-15 for 20 rounds format, partners can alternate movements to move quickly.
