60 Overhead Plate Lunges (35/25 | 25/15 | Lunges)
40 Devil Press (35/20 | 20/15 | Up Downs)
20 Chin-ups | Banded | Jumping
1 Partner works, 1 partner runs or rows 400 | 200 | 100m. Then switch.
If solo, run or row between movements. If 3, 2 partners can either work or run/row simultaneously.
