1st: 1 Deadlift, sumo-style + 10 Wall Balls
2nd: 2 Deadlifts, sumo-style + 10 Wall Balls
3rd: 3 Deadlifts, sumo-style + 10 Wall Balls
Etc….continue adding 1 DL each minute. If/when you are unable to complete the required reps in a given minute, the workout turns into an AMRAP for the remaining time.
