Perpetual Fitness – Perpetual Barbell

Muscle Snatch (Warm up then do 3×3 working sets)

This is a technique primer to work on proper bar path and arm lockout. Start light and build up to a challenging weight without losing proper form. Start the warm up from the hang then progress to full muscle snatches from the floor.

Snatch Press complex (5×1 starting at 80% and building to a max)

2 BTN Snatch Grip Push Presses + 1 Snatch Balance

Back Squat (3×3 @ 95%)
