Today’s workout is a long cardio, weightlifting and gymnastics metcon. Taking that into consideration, we should look to pace the first row in order to maintain a relatively low heart rate. Choose a weight that you can complete within a couple of sets for the deads, as we have more coming up later on in the workout…pacing is the name of the game for this one!
