4. Air Squats with Reach / Banded Good Mornings

5. Bent Over Plate Rows / Banded or Plate Press

6. Wacky Jacks (2 ct) / Standing Med Ball Crunch (2 ct)

7. Prisoner Squat Jacks / Monter Walks (Forward + Back = 1)

8. Mountain Climbers / Plate Bicep Curl to Chest Press
Partner B is pce setter completing 8 reps of second exercise, then switch.

Continue to trade off until they complete 80 reps of the first movement, then move on.
