20 Switch Lunges + Max Double-unders in remaining time.

15 Grasshoppers (2ct) + Max HSPU in remaining time.

10 Cal Row + Max Burpees in remaining time.

5 Ring Dips + Max Toes-to-bar in remaining time.

Option 2.

Alternating Minutes x 8 Sets (4 each) Per Station:

16 Walking Lunges + Max Plate Jumps in remaining time.

12 Grasshoppers (2ct) + Max Push-ups in remaining time.

8 Cal Row + Max Burpees in remaining time.

4 Banded Ring Dips + Max Knees-to-waist in remaining time.

Option 3.

Alternating Minutes x 8 Sets (4 each) Per Station:

16 Step-ups + Max Single-unders in remaining time.

12 Grasshoppers (2ct) + Max Incline Push-ups in remaining time.

8 Cal Row + Max Burpees in remaining time.

5 Reverse Dips + Reverse Crunch in remaining time.
Teams of 2:

One partner works, one partner rests. Alternating minutes.

Score is total number of Double Unders, HSPU, Burpees & Toes-to-Bar completed.
