Perpetual Fitness – CrossFit
This workout is inspired by the WOD posted by @blackpowercleans on Instagram in honor of George Floyd. We adapted it a little to be a partner WOD and allow for the sanitation and social distancing guidelines that have been provided for us. We stand with, and for, all those impacted by the Black Lives Matter movement. We love and are grateful for all our members, future members, drop-ins, trials, family, and community!
