– 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat, increase 1 rep each set

HEALTH:

4 Sets, 1 Every 1:30 (1 minute work, :30 rest)

– 1 Hang DB Snatch Each Arm + 1 DB Swing , increase 1 rep each set
