Team- it has been a while since we have gotten together just to hang out. I would like to personally invite you to a gym happy hour this Tuesday @ 5:30PM.

I have worked out a deal with Bistro 82 (literally right next to the gym!) for 20% off appetizers + the owner is working on some other food and drink specials for us!

In addition to a fun time, we will also be celebrating Catie G’s wedding; Nicole Cook’s soon-to-happen wedding; Tia, Jimmy P, and several other Birthday’s; Lindsey’s engagement to an incredible man; and more!

Metcon

Today’s Partner WOD is a face-off! You and a partner will be going head to head and your final score will be the net of how many more reps one partner did over the other. Each working round will be 2:00, after the 2:00 is up each partner will switch movements and do the other. After that 2:00 is up, you will run 400m together. The remainder of the 7 minutes will be for rest and to move onto the next pair of movements.
