Because yesterday was a big workout, today will focus mainly on the midline and gradually elevating the heart rate.

Tabata (8 Rounds of :20 On + :10 Off):

1. Front Plank to Push-up Plank

2. Side Plank (Right)

3. Side Plank (Left)

4. Skater Hops

5. Mountain Climbers

*Complete all 8 rounds at one movement before moving to the next.

-There is no rest (beyond 10 seconds) between each station

-This piece lasts 20 minutes in total

-There is no score for this workout…simply move and feel great!
