3 Rounds for time of:
Row, 1000m + (4x 25 Flutter Kicks (4 count) + 250m Row)
*Row 1000m then complete 4 rounds of flutter kicks + 250m row. Repeat 2 more times.

This is an active recovery workout. Focus is on perfect rowing mechanics and trying to do as many unbroken flutter kicks as possible.
