– DB Floor Press

– Partner Leg Throws

50 Air Squats (Time)

Athletes will perform 50 Air Squats for time

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12:00 Tabata:

– 50 Pull-ups

– 50 Push-ups

– 50 Air Squats
Move onto the next movement only after completing all 50 reps of the previous movement. Once you have finished 50 reps of each movement, you will begin back at the top. Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes.
