Perpetual Fitness – CrossFit
We’re going to transition 6:30am (Monday-Friday) into more of an Open Gym environment! This means that at 6:30am, on any given weekday, you can do CrossFit, Oxygen, Sculpting, Barbell, ROMWOD, make up a previous wod, custom program, etc!
There will still be a coach available, with warmups already on the whiteboard. We’re confident this is a win for all involved!
