Perpetual Fitness – CrossFit
We will be doing some fitness testing next week to start a new strength and conditioning cycle, so this is a perfect week to either:
-Come back in and get your mind and body refocused if your fitness has taken a back seat
-Take the intensity down a notch if you’re one of the many that have been consistently crushing it the past month or so!
REMINDERS: 35 to Thrive 2.0 will be using a body composition scan for participants. These will take place on Saturday, May 12th beginning at 7AM!
Official challenge begins Sunday, May 20th.

It will be challenging but fun and very effective for lengthening the hamstrings and glutes while maintaining balance by engaging the core.
