Perpetual Fitness – CrossFit
Today we introduce test #2! Last week we premiered the first of our 5 fitness tests (a 5k, 2 mile, or 1 mile run), that we will use as a baseline to build off of over the next few months. These tests will be broad, general and inclusive, with the goal being to become fitter humans throughout the process!
Test #2 will be deadlifts! We will use the 5 rep max number that we find today to identify your projected 1 rep max (the coaches have a formula they will use to find this #). Just like in running, there will be 3 levels, with the goal being to improve your level or overall score by the end. Let’s go!
