Loose Cannon

Perpetual Fitness – CrossFit

Ok here we go! The past few months we have put a major emphasis on Barbell Cycling…you have completed at least one workout per week designed to develop our capacity in this area–particularly for this very workout!

“DT” is one of my favorite workouts of all time, here’s why:
1. It’s a simple, yet eloquent rep scheme (I’m a sucker for that)
2. The movements build off one another aka a complex
3. Moderate loading and moderate volume…there’s just something about that combination!
4. Hero workouts bring out the best in us!

I asked a few of the coaches what their favorite part is, and here’s what they had to say:

David: “When you’re ready for it, it’s the best. Can’t wait to do it again!”
Nick: “Never did it, let’s rock on together!”
Holly: “What Favorite part!?!?”
