MURPH
On Memorial Day, Perpetual Fitness and many gyms around the country participated in the MURPH challenge to honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, who died fighting for our country in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005. The WOD includes a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1 mile run. We had over 60 participants, and everyone did amazing! Special thanks to everyone that participated, keep up the great work!
