Today we have a longer workout consisting of monostructural, gymnastics, and weightlifting movements. Each round we will also be running with a medicine ball….this is likely to make our following movements more difficult due to the fatigue of the shoulders. Your goal is to be able to break up the movements into around 2 sets, so scale accordingly as this is going to allow for continuous movement throughout the workout!
