Oxygen Is Back!

old class, new energy!

Our oxygen class is back and better than ever! Oxygen is designed to help you tone, firm, look and feel your best–all-the-while promoting safety and long-term injury prevention via structurally balance. Classes will be 45 minutes with total work out time ranging from 25 to 30 minutes allowing you to get in, sweat, and get back to life as your best self!

Movements will be functional in nature with added benefits such as stability, balance, and firming under-developed areas all while maintaining a high heart rate. 

Oxygen class will be held Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. It will be 40% firming/toning, 40% endurance and stamina, 20% structural balances and injury prevention and 100% FUN!

Oxygen is designed for any skill level beginner or expert! We welcome everyone to come in and try it out for yourself. We are excited to switch up the class schedule and add a little spice to our workout routines!
