15 DB Snatch, alternating (50/35)
9 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

C. Back Squat
10×3 at 75%, rest 1:40 between sets

D. “Diane”
21-15-9 reps for time:
Deadlift (225/155)
Handstand Push-ups
