500m SPRINT row for time
Today’s Oxygen class we have 3 rounds while spending 1 minute at each movement. Keep track of your total reps as that will be your score. Once we have completed the 3 rounds we then move into an all out sprint on the rower for a 500m row. This will be a fun workout!
