Late cancellation fees are gone!
We know you are excited about this... We are happy to announce we have officially removed late cancellation fees as of August 1st! The late cancellation fee had good intentions of setting accountability for members. However, life happens and class reservations are not cancelled on time. Now you can sign up and cancel as necessary without a worry!
Increasing Class Size
In addition, we are bumping class limits from 10 to 12 spots! Our goal is to encourage members to sign up for classes without restrictions. We want to fill up classes and get back to a larger class size!
New Reservation & Cancel Time
We have also changed the reservation time from 1 hour to 30 minutes. This means you can now reserve a spot 30 minutes prior to class starting! You can also cancel 30 minutes before class starts. For those unexpected times when something comes up and you can't make it! We think this will help give members more flexibility and remove the fear of cancellation fees from committing to a class!
Sign In Using Wodify App
In return we ask that you sign in for class! You can sign in by going into the Wodify App. Go into Class Schedule, select the class you would like to go to and hit reserve, then select sign in!! This helps our coaches prepare for each athlete!
