Partner 1 starts inside. When Partner 1 finishes the metcon, they sanitize their equipment and transition to outside and then their partner begins the indoor metcon. Workout is complete when Partner 2 finishes the indoor metcon. Score is the total distance accumulated in the back rack carry between both partners.
