For each of the AMRAPs below, partners will alternate movements. So in the first AMRAP, P1 will complete 4 TTB while P2 completes 6 Wall Balls. That counts as 1 round.
Then, for round 2, P1 will complete 6 Wall Balls while P2 completes TTB….continuing for as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 min.
