Big week this week! Today (Monday) was an awesome test of both capacity AND strength! Below we delve into some technical movements, which will help develop our coordination, balance, stability, speed, and strength….all critical components of an effective fitness program.
Wednesday we have a long chipper, Thursday we have a benchmark (one of my all-time favs), and Friday we have a beautiful burner.
