Bar Muscle-ups (EMOM 5 mins )

Opt 1- 5 bar or ring muscle up

Opt 2- 3 bar or ring muscle up

Opt 3- 1 bar or ring muscle up

Opt 4- 3-5 C2B Pull-ups

Today we have a 5 min EMOM in which you can select which level you are going to complete the workout. For those who are confident in the muscle up, you are going to complete 5 muscle ups each minute. For those who are working towards or have just got their first muscle-ups, you are going to continue working on this movement, scaling the volume of reps down, or working with a band to complete this movement. The final option is Chest-to-bar pull-ups.

Metcon (Time)

For time (30 min cap):

10x 400m Run
Today we have 10 rounds of 400m runs! For these runs we are resting the same amount of time that it takes you to complete the run (work:rest = 1:1).

Your score is going to be the total time it takes to complete all 10 rounds, or as much work as you can get done in 30 minutes!
