HEALTH: 75 Hang Plate Snatches (35/25) | (25/15) | (15/10)

*1 Partner works, one partner rests; split up reps however you choose.

Once all 150 | 100 | 75reps are completed, both partners complete as many:

PERFORMANCE: Burpees to Plate as possible in the remaining time.

FITNESS: Burpees as possible in the remaining time.

HEALTH: Inchworms as possible in the remaining time.
