5 Sets:

2 Seated Box Jumps + 1 Broad Jump
Complete 2 seated box jumps, going from a low box to a high box. After the second, step down to the box and immediately go into a ME broad jump. We are looking for athletes to have as little contact with the ground as possible going from the high box into the broad jump.

150 DU

then,

3 rounds of:

9 HSPU

6 Power Cleans (155/105)
1 round = 150 DU’s + 3 Rounds of 9 HSPU + 6 Cleans.
