1 Macho Man = 3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerks
Option 1. 135/95 or 50/35 DB
Option 2. 95/65 or 35/20 DB
Option 3. 75/55 or 20/15 DB
This workout will be completed “Tabata” style (:20 on/:10 off). Complete as many reps of the complex as possible in :20, then rest :10. Pick up right where you left off after each rest.
