During this hour-long group fitness class, your coach will take you through a group warm-up, strength and/or skill work, as well as the workout of the day. You can rest easy knowing that if you are consistently attending general CrossFit classes you will look better, feel better, and have fun.
Perpetual Overload is a first of its kind fitness program that blends the best of multiple training disciplines: Strength, Hypertrophy (muscle shape, size, and definition), and Metabolic Conditioning all into 60 minute sessions, 3x per week. This class is fast-paced and designed to have you feeling strong, tight, capable, energized, and accomplished! The program will follow 8-12 week training blocks focusing on targeting the “show” muscles (shoulders, arms, traps, glutes, abs, quads, pecs) in a progressive format.
Perpetual Sculpting is a weight-lifting-based group class designed to build isolated muscle strength. 90% of workouts are completely unique, so you will never get bored but will always be getting more fit. We have hundreds of movements to choose from.
Perpetual Oxygen is a cardio-based group class that utilizes Functional Movements and evidence-based methodology. It involves using lighter weights and longer duration workouts that, when combined, keep you in the fat-burning zone and leave you feeling energized and empowered.
Perpetual Barbell is a group class involving Olympic weightlifting with a focus on proper form and increasing strength.
