You Unleashed: New nutrition and lifestyle challenge beginning February 10th! Perpetual Fitness athletes will rise to the challenge and take part in a 5 week journey on becoming the best versions of themselves in and outside of the gym.
During this challenge, you will: Learn how to weigh and measure your food, work with a coach to learn how to build a diet that fits your lifestyle, and be held accountable by others while motivating and encouraging each other.
We also created two teams to fuel our competitive spirits!
