Perpetual Athletics Program

New program alert!

Attention all student athletes and teens! We are launching a new strength and conditioning program designed to educate young athletes on the importance of fitness as it relates to their sports performance. 

Our goal is to provide a safe environment while teaching proper techniques to help increase your overall sports performance. We will introduce plyometric movements, agility, while building comradery and team work! 

10 General physical skills

Throughout this program we intend to teach the 10 General Physical Skills to help improve overall fitness levels. After completing the program athletes will be able to apply the skills they learn to their specific sport in order to elevate their abilities. 
1. Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance
2. Stamina
3. Strength
4. Flexibility
5. Power
6. Speed
7. Coordination
8. Accuracy
9. Balance
10. Accuracy


By the end of our Perpetual Athletics program each athlete will be able to understand core  movements while performing them efficiently and effectively. Not only do we want to educate young athletes we want to build them up and encourage them to set goals! 

We will implement S.M.A.R.T goals (Specific-Measurable-Attainable-Realistic-Time) goals and create clear objectives on how to achieve them! We believe in what we do here and we want to create the absolute best environment for our athletes.  Our goal for young athletes is to create a life long appreciation for health and fitness while setting them up for success in their own sport!
