No prescribed weight

All reps must be unbroken

Our strength component today is working on our barbell cycling. There is no prescribed weight for athletes to work at…shoot for a weight that is challenging but possible to complete touch and go reps throughout the 12 mins.

Today we have a 3 round workout with a short rep scheme for each movement. A good goal is to complete all reps unbroken and use the rope climbs as rest, as the intensity is likely to drop slightly during this movement.
