ABOUT THE 2021 INTRA OPEN
Last year while we were shutdown, we rallied the troops with the “We’re Closed Open” and it was both fun and powerful—our members thrived during quarantine, improved their fitness, and many became a source of inspiration for others. It also strengthened our community immensely.
This year, with an even greater appreciation for each other and the gym, we have an opportunity to take things to an even higher level! The 2021 Perpetual Fitness Intra Open is a 4-week Team Inspired Fitness and Lifestyle Competition designed with all of the things we love most:
-Fitness
-Nutrition
-Gratitude & Celebration
-Community
-Coaching
-FUN!
Teams will earn points for tasks such as completing Open Workouts, Attendance, Team Spirit and Energy, Improvement, and more! You will be inspired to unleash your own potential when you watch someone get their first pull-up or they PR a big lift (or do a zillion Wall Balls unbroken to finish a workout :).
Every year, CrossFit HQ runs a WorldWide event called “The CrossFit Open“. This year we are taking this concept and making it our own! Can we bring that worldwide thrill home?! Can we deliver all the fun of competition without causing any anxiety attacks?!
We think so! The Intramural Open could very well become an annual tradition here at Perpetual.
