Dan & Dr. Bill are putting the final touches on a squat clinic that will take place after the 9:30am class on Saturday July 20th! This will be perfect for all athletes from beginners to elite athletes as it will focus on individualized squat form! We will focus on the hips, knees and ankles as well as foot placement for your limb and torso lengths. More details to come!

Today is a mash-up of two coveted benchmark (“girl”) workouts, Lynn and Nicole. Athletes will complete as many unbroken reps as possible of floor presses before heading out on a run. Upon returning, immediately complete as many unbroken Pull-ups as possible, then another run. Repeat for 20 minutes, tallying up as many reps as possible!
