B. Every 1 min for 20 mins, alternating between:
5 Strict Chest-to-bar Chin-Ups
10 Dumbbell Shoulder Press
10 Toes-to-bars
10 Pistols, alternating
C. Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
21 Cals, Airdyne
12 Burpees
50 Unbroken Double Unders
*The round only counts if/when all 50 DU’s are completed without failure.
