*Scale weight to go unbroken on all reps.

We are continuing to work on our barbell cycling for today’s session. This time we are working on the power snatch. There is no prescribed weight for today’s strength work. We will look to build to a weight you can manage unbroken reps in around 20-25 seconds!

4 Ring Dips
For today’s conditioning piece, we have a relatively light sumo deadlift high pull with some gymnastics movements. In the early rounds of this workout we should look to complete all these reps unbroken, then looking to break up the reps in the later rounds.
