Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)


5 minutes @ each station for max reps:

1. Toes to Bar (Overhead Plate Hold)

2. Cal Row (Wall Sit)

3. Burpee Box Jumps, 24/20 (Plank Hold)

4. DB Shoulder to Overhead, 50/35 (KB Farmer Carry Hold)

5. Russian KBS, 2/1.5 (Crab Walk Hold)

6. Mountain Climbers, 4ct (Side Plank Hold)
*1 partner works while the other partner performs the static hold. Both partners must be work/rest at the same time, meaning if one partner stops either while performing the reps or the static hold, the other partner must stop as well.

**Can do this in teams of 3-4 as well, only difference being the other partner(s) will rest while 1 partner works and 1 partner holds.
